These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lumevano.com and your purchase of products from Lumevano (“Lumevano,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, photographs, compatibility information, and prices accurately. Screen settings, handmade or natural materials, and production batches may cause reasonable variations. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you with available options.
Product availability and quantities may change without notice. We may limit sales by person, household, order, location, or suspected reseller activity where reasonably necessary.
4. Electrical Products and Installation
Lighting products must be used only for their stated purpose and within the listed voltage, wattage, environment, and compatibility limits. Hardwired fixtures should be installed, inspected, and maintained by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical and building rules. Always disconnect power before installation or maintenance. Unless expressly stated on a product page, installation services and electrical work are not included.
5. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Duties
Prices and the transaction currency shown at checkout apply to your order. Prices may change before an order is placed. Taxes, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, or local handling fees may be added at checkout or collected by the destination authority or carrier, depending on the destination and applicable law. You are responsible for charges not expressly included in the checkout total.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We accept the order when we confirm fulfilment or dispatch, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including stock errors, pricing or description errors, failed payment, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or an undeliverable destination. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item.

7. Payment

Risk of loss passes as required by applicable law. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, or if a parcel arrives damaged, contact support@lumevano.com promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes once processing, production, or dispatch has begun. Custom or personalized products may enter production immediately and may not be cancellable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right that applies to you.
11. Warranty and Defective Products
Any product-specific warranty is described on the relevant product page or documentation. Unless otherwise stated, a voluntary warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect assembly or installation, unsuitable electrical supply, improper maintenance, accidental damage, or electrical labor. These limitations do not exclude statutory rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.

18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, epidemic, labor disruption, carrier or customs interruption, government action, power failure, or internet-service failure. This does not limit mandatory consumer remedies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your habitual residence. 20. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement
